About Our EV-Trained Talent Pool
Individuals in this talent pool will have completed over 80 hours of training in these four micro-credentials as part of their Electric Vehicle Essentials Certificate from Humber Polytechnic. Each course builds an essential understanding of EV fundamentals and safety, service excellence and hands-on experience with EV technology that applies across multiple career paths in the growing EV industry.

Developed in collaboration with sector manufacturers, participants will have a foundational understanding of EV battery technology and the procedures for the proper handling of EV batteries to ensure their safe and effective management.

- Deliver Exceptional Service in the EV Industry
Participants will master the skills, approach and mindset needed to deliver standout customer experiences in the fast-growing EV sector. Participants are prepared for client-facing roles (such as sales, parts, or delivery) and are trained to elevate their communication, build trust, and handle every interaction with knowledge, empathy and confidence.
